2. About Our Services

We help customers in New Jersey and the surrounding region find, finance, trade in, and purchase vehicles — primarily Toyota and other major makes. We are an independent sales specialist; final purchase agreements, titles, registrations, and financing contracts are executed between you and the selling dealership or lender. Our website and communications are informational and are not an offer to sell a specific vehicle at a specific price.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract to use our services. By using our services you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you give us is accurate.

4. SMS / Text Messaging Program

These SMS Terms form a binding agreement specific to text-message communications between you and Smart Business Investment LLC. They apply in addition to the rest of these Terms.

4.1 Program description

When you provide your mobile phone number through one of our forms, on our website, in person, or in a direct conversation with us, you are opting in to receive text messages from us related to your inquiry and our automotive sales, financing, and trade-in services.

4.2 Types of messages you may receive

4.7 Delivery, errors, and disclaimers

We make reasonable efforts to deliver messages on time, but we do not guarantee that any specific message will be delivered, that delivery will be timely, or that messages will be free of errors. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Pre-qualification and financing options shown on this site or communicated through SMS, email, or in-person conversation are not loan approvals. All credit decisions are made by independent third-party lenders, subject to their underwriting criteria. You are responsible for reading and understanding any financing contract before signing.
